The LUX Policy

-Returns & Refunds

In the case of a dissatisfied customer, there are NO returns at all due to the global pandemic, COVID-19. We do make full refunds ONLY if the product is damaged prior to the customer receiving the product. We do require photo evidence of the damaged product to confirm the state of damage. We require the product to be sent back to us in order to receive a full refund.

-Shipping

All customers should allow 1-2 weeks for their product or products to be shipped out to them. If any products take more than 4 weeks to arrive to them, it is the customers duty to contact us or their nearest postal service. 

- Payments

As of Dec 1, 2020 Lyssa'sLUX ONLY accepts online payments. On this platform we only accept paypal for safety reasons. If we were to accept cash, we would only accept cash if the customer has met in-person with management. In order to meet in-person all customers MUST BE COVID-19 free and have taken the appropriate vaccine. Once again, as of Dec 1, 2020 we ONLY accept online payments till further notice.
